"I started with Breffni Insulation 5 years ago, I started in the role as a Sales Surveyor, at this time I was the only Sales Surveyor working in the company and due to the expansion and success and the growth of the company in various different fields associated with the Retrio fit industry I am now the Sales Manager of Breffni Insulation, and now we have a team of sales surveyors and this team is expanding ever year.  In my role I am working as part of senior management in the company which I love the focus and the demands this brings week to week , I find that my role in  the company can be very rewarding when you can see the changes and uplifts homeowners get to their homes, especially with our latest One Stop Shop registration with the SEAI, this area of my work can see someone’s home go from a BER rating of E or F to a rating of A3 and better in some cases. This has been a great opportunity for me since I started with Breffni and looking forward to many years in the future…."

My responsibilities range from organising plumbers and electricians to maintaining communication with homeowners and coordinating weekly meetings. It's a busy and fast-paced role, but I thrive on the variety and the challenges it brings. I take pride in facing challenges head-on and finding solutions, which has allowed me to keep projects moving smoothly and ensure high-quality service for homeowners.
