Job Description:

A Storeperson is responsible for managing the flow of stock into and out of the storage area, preparing materials for loading onto work vehicles, maintaining accurate stock records in the stock control system, and handling deliveries. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient and effective warehouse operations, and supporting various departments within the organisation by providing timely and accurate inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Stock Management:

  • ·Maintain accurate records of stock levels and locations and order as required.
  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming stock deliveries against purchase orders.
  • Unload deliveries and ensure proper storage of items.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and audits to ensure inventory accuracy.

2. Material Preparation:

  • Prepare materials and products for loading onto work vehicles.
  • Ensure all materials are accurately picked and packed according to job requirements.
  • Assist in the loading and unloading of vehicles as required.

3. Stock Control System Management:

  • Update the stock control system with accurate and timely information regarding stock movements.
  • Monitor and report discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
  • Generate reports on stock levels, usage, and trends as needed.

4. Delivery Handling:

  • Accept and sign for deliveries from suppliers.
  • Check the condition and quantity of received goods against delivery notes.
  • Report any discrepancies or damaged goods to the relevant department.
  • Organise and store received goods in the appropriate locations.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or stock management role is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using stock control systems and basic computer skills.
  • Physical Fitness: Ability to lift and move heavy items, and work on your feet for extended periods.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and detail in managing inventory and preparing materials.
  • Organisational Skills: Ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain a well-organised work environment.
  • Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with team members and suppliers.

Main Responsibilities

  • Conduct accurate site surveys and ensure all data is recorded properly.
  • Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations performed at survey sites.
  • Prepare sketches, maps, reports, and descriptions of surveys to operations department
  • Collaborate with managers to ensure seamless project progression.
  • Ensure adherence to all safety guidelines when on sites.
  • Address client concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Issue accurate quotes to clients based on survey findings.

Job Summary:

As an Administrator of the sales department, you will be responsible for handling enquiries related to services, processing grant applications,

and ensuring that all administrative tasks are carried out efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills,

a professional phone manner, excellent communication skills, and a high level of organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to the Sales manager, liaising with the finance department for report completion will be necessary
  • Handle and respond to enquiries via phone, email, and in-person in a professional and timely manner.
  • Process grant applications, ensuring that all required documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and applications using our CRM system and 

other relevant software.

  • Manage and organise digital and paper-based documents related to grants and projects.
  • Provide clear and concise information to customers regarding services, eligibility criteria, and timelines.
  • Coordinate with other team members to ensure that applications and enquiries are handled efficiently.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and report generation.
  • Follow up on outstanding enquiries and applications to ensure timely resolution.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support the team.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, with the ability to create and manage documents and spreadsheets.

Main Responsibilities

Responsible to the Quantity Surveying manager, responsibilities will include:

  • Project Support and Cost Control: Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring project costs to ensure alignment with financial goals.
  • Procurement and Contract Support: Collaborate with senior surveyors on procurement processes, support bid evaluations, and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Valuations and Payments: Prepare and submit interim valuations, assist with payment applications, and support variation management.
  • Risk Identification: Assist in identifying project risks and work with senior team members to develop mitigation strategies.
  • Client and Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders, providing necessary cost reports and updates under the guidance of senior surveyors.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with procurement processes, contract administration, and Irish construction regulations.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office Suite.
